Normal operating hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. The offices are closed in observation of New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Family Day (Friday after Thanksgiving), and Christmas Day.
Applications may be mailed to either of these offices.
